This Mexican tile has a Mexican white background with cobalt and denim blue as the main colors. It can be used as a corner for a frame or as a simple 4-tile pattern. Mexican Talavera tile is the result of a mixture of cultures over the time. This tile is hand painted, this means that no two tiles are exactly alike! There might be small differences in size, weight and even the colors. Color changes are particularly notorious from lot to lot, because of the natural variations in glaze and the mixtures used in their creation. All of our Mexican tiles background is painted in "Mexican white", which is an off white, creamy color.
