We are offering you colorful pieces of broken tile by the pound. The tile is clay-made. Specially thought for small patches or entire wall decoration, benches, fountains,etc., as you can see from the pattern created in the main picture with a brown background. We will send you broken pieces of all the tiles,decorative and solid, there is no preference in a given color or design. You will get entirely different patterns than the shown ones. The collage made is just for illustration purposes. All of our Mexican tiles background is painted in "Mexican white", which is an off white, creamy color.

All of our Talavera tiles have a heavily hand-made process involved; as such, imperfections are expected. Color variations are to be expected from batch to batch. What you see on your screen might not be exactly what you will get, this is mostly due to several factors, among others: lighting when the picture was taken, lighting in your own monitor, but mostly changes in the glazes used between batches. All these factors are beyond our control. If in doubt, we recommend you to order a sample before committing to a bigger order. This tile has limited outdoors use, we don't recommend its use on temperatures under 40 degrees. It is not frost-proof. It is not suitable for inside pools as the chemicals involved on water cleaning will destroy the clay.
