This Talavera tile is hand-painted with a dark blue circular pattern, at the center it has a dark blue 8-petal flower, surrounded by two concentric circles. The background is mostly almond/white framed by a dark blue square.

This clay tile is just an example of the exquisite beauty the Mexican craftsmen put on each item they create. It is hand-painted and there might be small differences in size, weight and even the colors. This tile is special for small patches or as a liner. All of our Mexican tiles background is painted in "Mexican white", which is an off white, creamy color.
