This is a big tall hammered copper vase we got from the coppersmiths in Santa Clara del Cobre, Mexico. The hammer footprint is very visible in the vase because hammer is mostly the only tool used to get this piece of art.

The reddish/oxidized texture is characteristic of natural copper when it is cooled down from red-hot temperature using cold water. This vase was made from one sheet of copper, raised with the artist hammer, there are no one welded joints.
