Using a 1/2" grout an average of 100 sq in will be covered with this piece. To compute how many of these tiles you need to cover a given area, you will need to round up each side of your area to 10". In a room 10'x10' you will need 120"/10.375" = 11.56 pieces per side, that rounds up to 12 tiles per side and 12 rows, giving you a total of 12x12 = 144 tiles total to cover the full room.
