This double Mexican tile mural shows us the beauty and creativity Mexican tile can bring when pieced together. Mark was so nice to let us know visit his house and take this picture showing the porch area using Mexican Saltillo tile along Mexican decorative tiles.
The mural is about 45" x 45". It uses six different tiles:
1) Central part of the design: 4 pcs. azteca tile 6"x6"
2) Second internal frame (after the sunrise border): 8 pcs. greca c tile 6"x6"
3) Second internal frame (after the sunrise border): 4 pcs. greca c corner tile 6"x6"
4) First internal frame (after the cobalt blue): 24 pcs. sunrise tile 4"x4"
5) Corner of first internal frame (after the cobalt blue): 4 pcs. sunrise corner tile 4"x4"
6) External frame: 24 pcs, cobalt blue 6"x6"
