This Talavera clay tile has a hand-painted aqua/green liz flower. Its background is mostly cobalt blue. At the intersection of two tiles a red 4-petal flower is created. It has two green bands: one on the top and one on the left, this feature is designed for a corner pattern. The second picture shows this tile being used as a frame along Blue Liz Flower Talavera Mexican Tile. All of our Mexican tiles background is painted in "Mexican white", which is an off white, creamy color.
