We are compiling a list of our customers most asked questions. If you have a question, please
review this list first, chances are that the answer is right here, but, if is not, do not hesitate in letting
us know about it; either calling us toll free: 1-800-973-4099 or
contacting us.
Q. My package has not arrived yet. What can I do?
A. Go to
My Orders and provide the required information. If you requested FedEx delivery, you should be able to
track it; if you requested United States Postal Service we do not have tracking information, but have
shipping date and expected delivery date.
Q. My package arrived and the product(s) is/are damaged. What should I do?
A. You have to notify us immediately, either calling us: 1-800-973-4099 or
contacting us. All of our shipments are insured. We immediately will file a
claim with the corresponding carrier. You should keep the packaging materials and the products in the box.
You do not need to return them, doing so, will just waste your money innecessarily.
Usually FedEx inspect the damage and allow us to proceed with the claim. Meanwhile a new product is sent to
you, or if repair is feasible we will re-imburse the repair expenses you incurr. After the repair is made,
fax us the invoice to: 805-484-7479 and we will re-imburse you using the credit card you provided at
purchase time.
If the shipment was made through the United States Postal Service, we will send you some paperwork that you
need to fill and bring along with the packaging and broken products to the nearest postal office to your place.
They will refund us for the damage. We will resend the broken items once we are notified by the USPS that the
paperwork was submitted.
Q. How long it takes for you to ship a product?
A. In stock products are shipped within 2 business days. If you call us and request a faster service, we might
be able to honor your request. Your call has to be before noon PST to be honored the same day! If you need an overnight
delivery, it is possible, just make sure to give us a call in a reasonable time frame. Potentially you can get a product
the next day by 8:30AM to most of the US cities. Ground service, by far the preferred method, takes anytime from 3 to 5
days to deliver to the 48 continental states.
Q. How do a I take care of my copper sink?
A. The best way to keep your hammered bathroom copper sink, kitchen sink or bathroon copper tub as new is just wiping up any
water residuals left after usage and keeping it as dry as possible. The best results can be achieved appyling a food grade wax such as beeswax
or orange wax every month or depending on its usage as required. If you just want your sink to age and get its own greenish patina, just use it as
normal and do not apply the wax.
Ocasionally the antique-looking copper items might get small scratches, do not be concerned about them too much because
they heal themselves pretty quick, that is the beauty of the copper.
