This Saltillo floor tile sealer was designed for high-porous materials as the Saltillo tile is. It deeply penetrates creating a thick plastic film to protect your floor for the years to come. 1 gallon covers about 150 sq feet using three layers. Apply the sealer using a hair brush, do not over-apply when it is fresh, wait until the layer dries to apply the second and third layers. To test it, put a drop of water on it, if the water does change the Saltillo color, then you need an extra layer.
